The 2016 competition covers animation of different kinds, including all traditional and experimental techniques, such as stop motion and all its versions, 3D, motion graphics, animated cartoons etc., video art and experimental video production from Latin America and all over the world. Works participating in the competition, apart from being nominated for awards, may be included in the festival's special selections.

The festival invites all individuals and groups, regardless of age, religion (or lack thereof), sexual preference, education or profession.

Each author or group may submit more than one video.

We only accept single-channel videos.

The competing videos need not be previously unseen. However, they must have been created in the last 4 years.

Maximum length (including credits): 15 minutes.
