Deadline: 1st September 2019THE „NARRENKASTL“ is an old window, glass cabinet, in a passage to a house in the middle of the main square of the little city Frohnleiten (25 km near Graz, in Austria)
The meaning of Narrenkastl - it´s an austrian expression for people who stare into mid-air,who are lost in their thoughts. It means dreaming - the art space opens a space for everyone - beeing lost in time and space. Come on, stare, dream while looking to art of contemporary young
artists
The art off-space is 140 x 120 x 48,5 cm, there is light and two plug sockets. The background is a black textile and is changeable.
No entry fee
However the selected artist has to pay 25 Euro for all costs (energy of light, advertisment,
equipment, technic...)
