Luisa Valenzano: "In my research I use painting as expressive tool, by carrying out acrylic works on canvas that represent subjects emotionally near to me. My artistic life is intertwined with the familiar one of a woman, mother, sister, child, friend, wife. Thus, as a diary, canvas recount personal moments that become universally common to the female world. Figures, enveloped by bright and warm lights, are often caught with their eye on the viewer, emphatically displaying their emotions."
