Site specific art contest

As a part of the Visual stage, Pohoda Festival is launching the sixth year of Pohoda Visual Art Contest.
Anyone can send their proposals for a site-specific art installation for Pohoda festival and the author(s) of the chosen project will be granted 3500 € to implement it.

The contest is open to any kind of site-specific works, happenings, spatial media, installations and interactive works with inter-media features that will become a part of the festival life. The winning project will be decided by a board of artist professionals and will form part of the Visual Stage at Pohoda festival. The winner will be announced by the end of April.

 Proposals must be submitted by mail in the application form in A4 format. Each proposal must contain a visualisation of the artwork (by any graphic method).

Authors must be able to ensure the actual implementation of the work.

The work must be safe, controllable, and in accordance with applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

No entry fee

Prizes:
The contribution for one piece is €3,500.
