As one type of the Fluxus movement; Mail Art, opening its doors to everyone and bringing together different types of culture and art, is a world art which has an important place in today’s art and is based on participation by ”mail.” Mail Art is a platform where small-sized works are usually created by using different techniques on paper and all world can share with each other through the traditional mail. Mail Art is a type of activity not only for artists but also for the people from outside art participate, regardless of age, gender, culture, and often technique.
