Biography

She was born in 1997. She has a Visual Arts Degree in Fine Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, in the field of painting. She has taken part in the Erasmus + program at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna in Italy. Develops a multidisciplinary artistic practice around the relations between themes such as image, body and time. Since 2016 he has been a frequent participant in collective exhibitions, projects, workshops and artistic residencies, among which the presence of the Collective D-Frente and the Solar Collective, both based in Oporto, and other individual exhibitions. Currently, she is moving to Germany, Leipzig under a Artistic International Residencie Program with PILOTENKUECHE Instituition.

The content of my work rely in the importance and consciousness of Human Condition in the contemporary leading social structures (the arcaic concept of intelectual and emotional vulnerability and heritage of humankind it-self) under the Tecnological Contemporary Scope. 
As an obsesessive collector of images, I aim to produce and experiment the art-thinking and art-production system  in way to rewrite the concept of "art" - the true and legitimate human activity, loose and detatched from any other chronological, social and even historical structure.
Where is the space for an irrational experience in our daily lives? Is it in art? Is it in the contact with techological artificial inteligence devices and software ? Is it in global human comunity behavior? 
I deeply believe that visual human experience is profundly important to emotional and behavior understanding of an era.

The big two panels are currently in an intenerant european exhibition - Prémio Jovem Criação 2019; one of the photos is the full instalation from the exhibition "Eventualmente" with "Crucificação e Deposição de Cristo" instalation.
