Open call for videoart

The Culture and Arts  Association in Dammam support the creativity and cultural thought; by choosing the means to spread the culture of fine arts, and promote generations to participate in the arts programms, which is the cultural duty; to enrich the fine art movement, especially “video art”, which is rarely found in galleries of plastic arts in the Kingdom.

  This initiative was an opportunity for Saudi Arabia; Gulf and arab countries and the world to research and develop the visual aesthetics that deserve to be presented for video art.


Video duration does not be more than 10 minutes and must be produced during the years from 2017 to 2019.

participant can present  2 videos as maximum.

Forum accepts video art ; animation, cartoons, interactive works and virtual reality.
